Hope

Trying to get as close to the colour choices as possible I made a watercolour background, splattered it and left it to dry overnight. Using a small red rubber GKD stamp (one of my first purchases) I stamped the image and sentiment, matting them as shown. I also added a tiny amount of pink to the petals of the flowers. An uncomplicated card that ended up being something I like myself. Always a bonus when I like my own stuff – lol.

  1. Glad you like it Gayle. I had fun with this and have some more of the watercolored paper to use in other ways.

  4. It’s always fantastic when you like your own stuff! This is beautiful. I am loving seeing your watercolor backgrounds. The layers are perfect for this and the fact that your sentiment is on white makes it stand out in a nice contrast, too. It really is beautiful.
