My stamping buddy Gayle mentioned she may have this same die and for some reason this triggered another idea for me to use it.

I die cut the main image in a layering weight blue card stock along with a glittery snowman from a die I was given and don’t know the name of. I think it is from Paper Wishes but not sure. I also cut a few trees as well. Using GKD heavy weight CS I scored and folded in two places. I took a scrap strip of card stock, scored and folded in the same places then added Nuvo glitter to it and set to dry. I found some Vellum that has a pattern looking like snow in it and covered 2 pieces of pale blue card stock with it. Stamped the sentiment and heat embossed in gold. Putting it together I first adhered the die cuts to the white strip and then adhered that to card front. For additional interest I added a few stars and some bling. The panel you can’t see is for my personal message to recipient.
LOVE IT!!! That main image die is perfect for a Z-fold card.

So glad you like both of them Gerry. I just added a couple more small trees to the Z-fold and think it looks better with them.

Thanks Bonnie for both comments here and on the pumpkin one. It looked empty without the bling but like you I’m not sure I really like it. I’m not really into crafting because my hands are so sore at the moment. On and off my right hand is virtually useless as the thumb joint keeps locking up. It will settle but pain level is high at times.

This is definitely a fun one! It’s fun how ideas just pop up from comments, pictures, whatever.
Rest and let your joint rest. Hopefully the pain subsides quickly.

Thanks for looking at all the uploads and commenting Golda. I am not doing anything much today because of my
hands. It is so frustrating when they get like this – thankfully not often.

I can understand that. You’ll be able to do more, later. Enjoy the down time and just think of ideas.

Glad you like it Jan. I did add a couple more small trees to the main background panel as it looked a bit empty. It looks better to me now but no point in redoing the photo.

Catching up on all of your beautiful cards from the past week. I love this z-fold card. Since this was such a large die, I’m pretty sure that I turned this die into a 5×7 card but seeing your card I may have to attempt this fold. I hope I didn’t miss commenting on any of your cards but I know I looked at everything. Hugs.

Considering it was something you mentioned in a comment that made me think of doing this style, I’m glad you like it. Z-folds aren’t hard to do and they are fun to give to someone who truly appreciates handmade cards.
