Made for the Mod Squad challenge and just in time too.

Once again I used my layered happy birthday die set from Spellbinders only this time I used the entire set to cut out several layers. I also used 2 slightly bigger balloons from a Simon Says set I’ve had forever. After cutting all the pieces I layered them as shown. The balloon piece behind the sentiment has glossy accents on the balloons. I also used tiny pieces of foam to pop everything up so the layers would show. Photo doesn’t do it justice really as the layers don’t show as much here as they do in reality.
Oh the possibilities of that die cutting machine. The electronic one and the human one.

you’re so funny sometimes. The machine sure makes things easier as this is another die I’ve not used much due to it not cutting well on the Big shot.

Very pretty! I like the bright balloons. The Happy Birthday die looks great.

Thanks Lisa. It is a nice die set and I’m glad I can now use it more easily than previously.

If it doesn’t show as much here as IRL, it must be amazing. This is a wonderful card! Love all your layers of balloons and the fun colors.

Thanks Golda. Sometimes layers can achieve some great results.

The layers of balloons you achieved are so very eye catching. I love that sentiment circle with the balloons behind it….it’s like a balloon shaker card!

You are right and if I had thought about it a shaker may have been a good idea. Thanks a lot.
