The berries in the photo reminded me of beads so I used sequins to build a tree. Some of the photo colours are represented by both sequins and ribbon. My design style is mostly CAS but as there is a layer it is a combination of CAS and Clean and Layered.
I glued the sequins into a tree shape and added a strip of gold to make the trunk. Added the ribbon at the bottom with the sentiment (from Hero Arts) just above it. A very simple card and quick to make too.
Cute! I was thinking buttons first, then read your description. Fun idea.

Once in a while I’m clever. Too bad it isn’t all the time. Thanks a lot.

Thanks so much. Found the ribbon in Michaels when hubby needed an item for his project. An impulse buy but a good one.

Getting all those sequins glued into the right spot would have driven me nuts. You did a beautiful job on it. The whole card is quite festive, even with a lot of clean space. You are making a lot of beautiful Christmas cards!

I was concerned about getting the right balance, but it worked out in the end. Thanks for the love.
