Using one of my recently made striped background pieces, I die cut the trees. The background piece is a bit leftover from something done a while ago where I stenciled the stars in versamark and then inked the panel in various distress inks. I added this panel to a navy blue card front and then added the trees to the bottom. The sentiment is from Hero Arts. so my card fits the challenge in 2 ways as I used both stripes and stars (S). Finished it off with some tiny sequins also from Hero Arts.
I’m loving once again your striped tree . The swirl of stars and the shades of blue are completing this gorgeous card.

Thanks a lot. I am really glad I had the idea of die cutting the striped pieces I made as it works great.

Thanks Lisa – I am really happy to get comments, but I don’t expect them and understand that you get busy with your own things.

This is another beautiful Christmas card! You came up with some wonderful ideas for all these cards. Those trees striped on the diagonal are really cool looking.

If I’m honest, I’m pretty pleased with myself for thinking of using the panels with tree dies. It worked way better than I thought it would.

Once again I’m going to say thank you for all the lovely comments you have left me on my recent posts. I do appreciate them all, but am feeling lazy so am responding to them all just the once here. The comments this group give me really warm my heart and I enjoy reading them a lot. Thanks so much Lisa – you are always thoughtful and kind in how you feel.
