For this card I went through a box of scraps and pulled out the 2 layer pieces. I cut them to the size I wanted and added to the card front. Using a skeleton leaf set by GKD and another scrap piece, I stamped the 2 biggest leaves with rusty hinge and scattered straw, mixing them together as I inked the stamps. After clear heat embossing, I fussy cut them out and added to the card front. I then stamped two sentiments together in vintage photo and fussy cut that before adding in the middle. It is a struggle for me to not add more, but I am resisting the temptation. A really quick card to pull together.
I understand the need to add more but this card really doesn’t need anything else added. The patterned paper reminds me of a pile of leaves and those leaves from the GKD stamp are gorgeous. Awesome card.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. Like you, I fight to stop adding things to a card.

The leaves are very pretty and fill the card nicely. No need for anything else.

I’m with everyone else in knowing this is just right and doesn’t need anything else. You did a great job with the colors which makes it seem like more is there than actually is. Glad it was a quick one for you, but it looks like a lot more than “quick”. You are a talented woman Johanna!
