3 – Doodle style images – hand drawn and/or stamped,

2- layers – card base can be included

1- sentiment. Thing 3 from Twisted Sister is to use an opt. fun pun and Thing 2 is to use the TSOT sketch #707 and to enter your card there as well. Please note the backlinking rule.

For my card I chose to hand draw and hand write everything even though I’m not someone who generally does either well. A fellow stamper and DT based in the U.K. recently made a card with this style of candle, although I’m pretty sure she used a stamp. I basically copied the main candle from her card and then added the snowman copied from a digital image. The pun sentiment was found online and seemed to work for the snowman so I added it around the images. My images are the candle, snowman and star. I used a CAUK die to create a layer and then added the hand drawn layer in behind it. These were then added to a card base giving me 3 layers.

There are times when creating by hand rather than stamps and dies actually works out and I am finding my effort rather cute; instead of awful.
