Sweetheart Stencil Blooms

The crafting community is full of interesting people, who share their joy of making things and we make friends along the way. People we’ve never met in person and who we are unlikely to ever meet, become part of one’s group and become people we treasure. This card is a result of one of these friendships, because my stamping buddy ended up with two of the same stencil sets, and decided that she would share one with me. I don’t do a lot of stenciling but this Taylored Expressions set made it so easy and the end result is a lovely design and pretty card.

The latest challenge at Crazy is our Fame is to use stencils and create a CAS card. This stencil set was perfect to use for the August 2026 – Stencil Fun Challenge. I used Distress Oxide inks for my colours and my sentiment is from an incentive set from GKD which I curved as best as possible to go over the top part of the heart shape. It’s probably one of the quickest cards I’ve ever made and I shall certainly be using these stencils again soon.
