Another card that I managed to fit into 2 challenges today. It is always fun when I can do that. As well it is another cheerful card for a gloomy wet day. The GDP CASE example shows that the card front was cut and some pp was added to the back part of the card. The images were inspired by the Paper Player theme.
I used a strip of pp that was gifted to me by a friend, added another strip of a different pp to the card front and used a left over die cut circle to stamp the images. Images and sentiment came from 3 different sets, a GKD set called Sophie Pig, the same SSS set from previous post and another SSS set for the balloons. Images all done with Inktense pencils and a bit of sparkle was added. I added some clouds using Speckled Egg distress ink and a stencil. The die cut piece was popped up with foam tape along one edge.
Very nice! Love the balloons!

Thanks – I’m done for the day now. Hubby has an online class and needs early meal so I’m off to the kitchen to make him dinner.

I’m really bad at using my pp – I save it forever and am not really sure why. The umbrella side piece I’ve had so long I forgot it was even in my stash and it is silly because it is a fun design.

I kind of liked the idea of everything floating up into the sky so went with it. Am at my computer for an hour today but not in any kind of creative mood so no crafting. And tomorrow we are thinking of taking off for the day taking along a picnic. It will be a break of sorts and we shall go even if weather is iffy.
