I don’t know what I was thinking when I began this card but it sure didn’t work the way I thought it might. The challenge at JUGs is about triangles and I used some strips to create corner triangles and the house roofs plus the tree for the rest. Using red was the easy part and that fits the Sweet Stampin challenge nicely. There is a mix of dies and stamp sets used here. The sentiment is from SSS using the matching die, the houses and tree are from MFT and I used paper scraps to die cut them.
Love that red polka dot background panel and your creative triangles. Great holiday scene.

Great card Johanna. Very creative way to make the triangles and I love the stiped strips on the polka dots.

Such clever triangles on your card challenge. Love the patterned paper and that you have enabled me to purchase those little MFT dies. LOL…I will need to CASE you!

You created your own triangles with what you had, which is genius. Great job on it. Those houses and tree are really cute.

I really like the kit I got from MFT and have used it quite a bit already. Its fun to be able to use paper for the houses rather than having to colour everything first.
