This card fits 2 challenges so I’m entering it into the Paper Players and the Modsquad this week. The Modsquad in particular wanted white embossing and only one other colour so I chose Plum Punch from GKD as my base. The Paper Players require anything festive. Stamps used are from a Hero Arts set and I added a few embellishments to the tree with pearls and a couple of other gems above it. Even when I use an anti static bag, I still somehow get bits of powder in places I don’t want but overall I’m happy with this card.

And happy you should be. This is a wonderful holiday scene. I like the idea of pearls on the tree. That cute puppy with the Santa hat looks kind of mischievous to me.

I get those extra bits, too. Doesn’t matter how much I anti-static my piece first. I try and get some off before I emboss, but have found a sand eraser works to get rid of it after it’s embossed, though not in tight spaces.
I love the plum punch with the white embossing. That is such a pretty color and a great one for Christmas.
